What photos should I send for a personalised pet gift?
Choose clear, naturally lit photos: face-on, from the side and full body if possible. Close-ups of distinctive markings help. Make sure you have permission to share the photos. The workshop may ask for more before quoting.
Can I arrange a surprise gift?
Yes, you can enquire on behalf of a friend or family member. Tell us who the gift is for, the pet and the style you have in mind. We will check whether the available photos show enough detail before you proceed.
Will it arrive for a birthday or special date?
These are custom commissions, not ready-to-ship gifts. Include your preferred date in the enquiry. We confirm the estimated making time after the workshop reviews the photos; delivery timing and cost are confirmed separately. Please do not assume a date is available until it is agreed.
How do I order a pet gift for UK delivery?
Send photos and your preferred style through an enquiry. After workshop review, we confirm the individual quote and estimated making time. You confirm the details before paying through an available channel; making starts after confirmation and payment. Online checkout is not available yet.
